Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone-Based Payments

We structure our custom development sprints into clear milestone deliverables (Discovery, Design Prototype, Agile Code, and Final Deployment). Payments are tied directly to agreed milestone approvals.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Prior to Sprint Kickoff: If a project is cancelled prior to technical resource allocation, 100% of the advance fee (minus nominal processing costs) will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
• During Active Sprints: Refunds for in-progress milestones are calculated pro-rata based on completed deliverables and engineering hours invested up to the cancellation notice.
• Completed Milestones: Once a design prototype or software codebase is approved and deployed to production, completed milestone fees are non-refundable.
